A friend said that I should try this for my arthritic dog. Just sprinkle it on her food and hopefully it should ease her elbows.

I ordered these hoping they will help improve my knee joints. Green lipped mussel 90 capsules, 1000mg per serving. Suggested serving is two capsules per day, by my reckoning this gives approximately 45 days supply. They seem to be a very high quality supplement with a strong scent, to my nose prawns but mussels would be more accurate as the name suggests. The smell is mild once in your hand though. personally I like the smell, reminds me of seafood stalls at the seaside but it’s an individual preference. Very easy to swallow and convenient to take just two of these capsules a day. For 90 capsules at this strength they represent pretty good value. They are obviously not suitable for vegans, vegetarians and best avoided if you have a fish allergy just to be on the safe side.

My first review of these tablets was rejected by Amazon because “it does not meet our community guidelines”. I have been asked to edit my original review and re-submit it. However, Amazon gives no indication as to which area of their guidelines have not been met and so I am at a loss. All I can think of is that they object to my reporting my personal experience regarding the efficacy of the product. So in this, and all future reviews, I shall not report any detail regarding the efficacy or health effects of products. Suffice it to say that I am happy with these capsules and am likely to buy more. They are easy to swallow and tasteless with no unpleasant or unwanted side effects so far.
