If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the address of where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and immediately notify you on the status of your refund.
Sale items will be refunded at the sale rate.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the refund or return is due to a faulty or incorrectly sent item then Lily Green Supplements will bear the cost of the return shipping, however we must be notified of the circumstances surrounding this prior to the goods being shipped back to us.
